Not completely in love with your order? We’re here to make it right—quickly, clearly, and with Limone’s signature care.


Return Window

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags, hygiene liners, and original packaging intact.

• For hygiene reasons, swimwear without its original hygiene seal in place cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

 

How to Start a Return

Email hello@limone-swim.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions. Please wait for approval before shipping anything back.

Once approved, send the parcel within 14 days (transit time doesn’t count toward the limit).

 

Return Shipping

• Customers cover the return postage; choose any trackable courier you prefer.

• If the return is due to a quality problem, let us know—we’ll take care of the next steps.

 

Refunds

• Allow 3–5 business days after we receive your parcel for inspection and processing.

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method (shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued; bank processing times may vary.

 

Exchanges

Simply place a new order for the size or style you’d like, then request a return for the original item. Stock moves quickly, and this ensures you secure the piece you want.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We pride ourselves on quality, but if something isn’t right, email sophie@limone-swim.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number—we’ll sort it out straight away.
