Returns, Exchanges & Refund
Return
We accept returns of any Limone items in their original condition within 14 days upon receipt.
If you wish to return an item, make sure it is unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted.
To start a return, send us an email to hello@limone-swim.com. If your request is approved, we’ll send you the easy-to-follow instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure to send back your return within 14 days once the request is approved (the return limit does not include the transit time).
Return Charge
You will need to cover the return shipping costs as we are not able to provide a return shipping label at this time. Please send your return parcel back to us by using any courier of your choice. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.
If the return is for reasons other than quality issues, you will need to cover the return postage.
Refund
After we receive your return package, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
All returns are thoroughly examined upon receipt. If your return meet the requirements stated in our Returns policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take a few days to show on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies. An email will also be sent to you confirming the refund.
Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.
Original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order.
Exchanges
Please request a return and make a separate order on the website.
Please note: the ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time when the return is received for processing.
Damages and issues
We are dedicated to provide products of the highest quality to all our customers. However, if by any chance your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please do not hesitate to get in touch at sophie@limone-swim.com in the first instance. Our customer service team will be most delighted to investigate and make it right.
